The Marilyn Inn

From the moment we arrived, my best friend and I were so pleased with how beautiful the inn was. The decor, and colors were so calming and inviting. We were checked in promptly and Marilyn was so sweet and she helped us bring our bags upstairs. The room was perfect, spotless warm and inviting we immediately felt relaxed. The bedding and pillows were plush and even smelled nice. Each room has a code that you put in for extra safety which was nice touch. We enjoyed spending some time out on the balcony upstairs. You can see and hear the ocean which was wonderful. The location was perfect we were only a short walk to all the fun in Asbury. We both slept very comfortable and we woke up to the smell of breakfast the next morning. The ladies preparing and serving the food were very attentive. Our breakfast was delicious. We look forward to our next visit.

The location cannot be beat. Close to the ocean and downtown restaurants and stores. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was hearty.

Very difficult to reach owner/customer service. That could have been due to backlog before an incoming storm. I wanted to change my reservation, but heard back hours later. Booking.com is where I should have addressed this issue and they and the host worked everything out to my expectations!

The staff were extremely kind, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts they make are delicious

It was very close to the beach.

The room is so tiny (there’s just space for the bed) and the stay really overpriced
