New construction, good quality construction, good A/C, relatively quiet, short walk to Pham Ngu Lao backpacker area, lovely rooftop infinity pool, great value
Construction work ongoing means a bit of noise (jackhammering or drilling) above during daytime working hours

Great neighborhood, with amazing infinity pool over the city. The room layout was perfect for our group (traveling with kids) as one of the bedrooms had 2 queen beds.
Nothing! The main lobby was under construction the apartment building entrance is on the side so that didn’t bother us one bit.

Great stay at Son & Henry Lancaster Legacy!
The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice city-view balcony. Facilities like the pool and gym were excellent, and the WiFi was strong. The location is central and convenient, yet quiet enough to relax.
Overall, it felt like a comfortable home with hotel-level amenities. Highly recommended—I’d definitely stay again!
