I initially booked Madpackers Varanasi for just 2 days, but after experiencing the place and the amazing vibe, I decided to extend my stay for another 4 days. The entire Madpackers team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
I also made some really good friends here, which made the experience even more memorable. Whenever I visit Varanasi again, Madpackers will definitely be my first choice.
And there’s something truly special about the property — Lord Shiva is right there, and the divine presence adds such a peaceful and spiritual touch to the whole experience.

They have no lifts.
They have motor which will do constant noise the moment you turn on any tap to give pressure. And anyone who turn on the tap accross there room motor will do it’s noise 1 hp motor. Imagine the sound being heard at night and day when you are about to sleep or just woke up.
At top floor restaurant people Drink alcohol and smoke weed. Not a good sign. If you are brining any one member of your family.

Stayed for 2 days. The room I stayed in initially, the ac stopped working midnight. Food decent. Couple of things that could be taken care of- Cleanliness of the shared washrooms, Lizards on the rooftop. (~10 hovering outside the cafe, 2-3 spotted inside the cafe too. Overall a decent stay for the budget
Lanes were a lil confusing. However, most of the hostels were in same lane... can't really help.
