Cleanliness of the apartment was fair
The host should have been more prepared knowing that there will be guest checking in on the particular date. Some of the equipment was not functioning upon checking in. The TV remote control was not functioning but was informed upon arrival that the remote will be delivered the day after arrival, turned out the delivery was delayed and only arrived on the day of check out. Hence there was no TV to watch through out the stay. The fan in the living room was also NOT functioning. The air-cond unit in the master bedroom was mouldy and not hygienic for anyone to be sleeping in that room, inhaling the mould particles. The host did offer 1 free night stay when the apartment is vacant. But I am from outstation, hence an inconvenience.
