Modern, minimalistisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles recht neu.
Wir hatten Zimmer 103 mit eigenem Badezimmer allerdings über den Gang. Uns hat das nicht gestört, das das Badezimmer ist quasi nur einen Schritt vom Zimmer entfernt.
Unser Zimmer hatte Zugang zu einem kleinen Patio - Terrasse im Innenhof - herrlich zum Frühstücken!
Die Zimmer liegen alle im Souterrain.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ansprechend. Vermieter bietet auch eine Parkerlaubnis für die Umgebung an. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz gefunden.
Die Kommunikation mit Francesco ist einfach und unkompliziert. Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, haben ihn kontaktiert und in wenigen Minuten hat er uns den Schlüssel gebracht und alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben.
Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln vorhanden.

Che dire, fate attenzione a Francesco, si presenta come un host ma poi .... si comporta come uno dei vostri migliori amici! Il vostro problema diventa il suo problema per cui è in grado di offrirvi 100 soluzioni. Prenoterò di sicuro con loro al prossimo passaggio in città
