Casa Cayena - Tangalle

Casa Cayena is a wonderful homestay tucked away in a peaceful, beautiful village setting just a short distance from Tangalle town center. The atmosphere is calm and offers complete freedom to relax. The space is beautifully designed with impressive attention to detail and creative, artistic touches—you can really tell the host is passionate about building something special here! The owner, a very friendly and genuine young man, made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to give us great recommendations for places to visit in the area and kindly prepared custom breakfasts for us whenever needed. I am truly grateful for his exceptional Sri Lankan hospitality and wish him all the best in his journey. This place is absolute gold, especially for international travelers looking for an authentic and tranquil stay.

We loved this place!! We stayed here for a quick one night stop and had wished we had booked longer! The place was immaculate, it smelt beautiful and the owner and his family were so lovely. We had problems with our Tuk Tuk and the owner and his friends fixed it for us ❤️ we also had the most amazing home cooked food here and it was lovely. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here, such a nice family and you are close enough to Tangalle but just far enough out to experience some authentic Sri Lanka family life

Casa Cayena was the best "Homestay" we ever had.Owner and the family was so kind and helpfull.We booked this for our 1 year wedding anniversary and that was the best,as soon as we told that the family started to treat us like their own family,for 2 days we were literally at our own home.Breakfast was freaking exceptional.Definitely would return nxt year.Overall we are so glad we found this place.

Rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The cleaning service was excellent, creating a very relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb with great variety and quality. Overall, it was great value for money and definitely worth the price paid.
