Buona posizione, vicina al centro e a 20 minuti da Premantura. Vicina a diversi supermercati e a distributore con lavaggio per le macchine. A disposizione si trova un pratico stendino comune con gli altri condomini. Presenza di condizionatore.
Spazi troppo ristretti per un lungo soggiorno. Almeno nella stanza da 2 persone. Purtroppo una cosa molto sgradevole è stata la troppa umidità della stanza. Al rientro dalla giornata la troppa umidità la si sentiva appena di entrava nella camera e si sentiva dalle lenzuola umide. Purtroppo il condizionatore in modalità deumidificatore non bastava per togliere l’ umidità presente. In bagno non era presente la finestra ma solo una piccolo buco di areazione che poco aiutava a ventilare.
