L'emplacement en hyper centre et la réactivité de l'hôte. La literie est également de bonne qualité. La facilité d'accès au logement. Le linge de lit et serviettes de bain inclus.
L'appartement est très mal isolé, il est situé à proximité immédiate des bars et restaurants et donc très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit. La douche est bouchée, l'écoulement se fait relativement lentement. Pas de kit de cuisine de base présent, dommage ( sel, poivre et sucre) Dommage, en isolant correctement le logement, en réglant le souci de douche et en procédant à un nettoyage du balcon, le logement pourrait être top...
