Cozy apartment with terrace next to Turia Gardens

Le logement se trouve près de la Cité des Arts et Sciences et Les Jardins de Juria, donc c'était parfait pour nous. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le logement. Heureusement la climatisation fonctionne bien car il a fait très chaud à Valence ! L'appartement est très calme et il y a des commerces à quelques pas. L'appartement n'est pas loin des arrêts bus pour aller à la plage et vers le centre historique. Quand j'avais des questions, notre hôte a toujours répondu rapidement :)

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for me. There were several supermarkets just around the corner, a bus stop nearby, and even a bakery right next to the entrance, which became my favorite part of every morning. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight the excellent support from the host. When I noticed that the air conditioning was leaking water, I informed her about the issue. Within just a few hours, a technician was sent to inspect it. The response was incredibly fast, professional, and hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation because of its fantastic location and outstanding customer service.

My only significant issue was the bed. The slatted bed base seemed a bit too small or not sturdy enough for the bed frame and slipped down several times during my stay. The air conditioning was also not working perfectly because it was leaking water. However, the host reacted immediately and arranged assistance within a few hours, so this had only a minor impact on my overall experience.
