Amplasarea excelenta, iar apartamentul este foarte modern si utilat cu tot ce trebuie. Parcarea este intr-o curte privata foarte sigura
Apartamentul este situat la parter, iar accesul in living se poate face din strada printr-o usa din PVC cu geam. Este destul de ciudat la prima vedere dar exista siguranta prin obloanele automate. Televizoarele nu functioneaza pe reteaua TV. Am semnalat problema proprietarului care ne-a raspuns ca nu a mai primit semnalarai smilare, desi review-uri mai sunt in acest sens. Este o problema care nu este luata in seama se pare. Ce a fost cel mai deranjant, a fost faptul ca ultima seara nu am avut apa calda. Desi am inteles ca este o problema pe care proprietarii nu o pot controla, este neplacut si poate sa apara oricand.
