We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms on the first and second floors have all been recently renovated. We stayed in room 110, which was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. It doesn’t have a balcony, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Free private parking was a nice bonus, and our dog was welcome for an additional €10 per day. Breakfast was simple, Italian-style, but perfectly sufficient. The staff and owners were very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria on the ground floor, which was a very nice bonus. The food was good every time we ate there, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The terrace was busy almost every evening, with plenty of locals as well as tourists, which gave us the impression that the restaurant is well known and appreciated by people from the area too. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, which is most noticeable around the parking area, where a few items from the renovation work still need to be cleared away. However, it is clear that this is a work in progress and that the owners are making a real effort to improve the property and get everything finished. A few small improvements could make the experience even better. Some small waste containers at breakfast would be useful for things like eggshells and butter or jam packaging. The dining room door was also squeaking during our stay, but the owner took care of it and fixed it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very good experience and a hotel with plenty of potential. With comfortable renovated rooms, friendly people and a good restaurant downstairs, we really enjoyed our stay. Once the remaining renovations are completed, it will be even better.

Lo consiglio vivamente a chi si trova da quelle parti un hotel appena ristrutturato con ristorante che si mangia da Dio .. vicino a tutte le spiagge a 25 minuti da piscina rei e altre spiagge .. i miei complimenti a Francesco e la sorella due ragazzi giovani che credono in quello che fanno ..ci tornerò sicuramente

Good location, clean, staff and comfort

Very noise room. The property says that it is a sound proof room. However, it only works for the noise on the street. Internally, it doesn’t work. All nights we heard the room in front of us with the TV in a high volume, which the person had it all night on. People smoking in the corridor in the morning and the smells comes to the room. Also, doors making noise all night. Breakfast is very simple and works well, but same thing everyday.
