The location was idyllic - peaceful yet convenient to get to town. It was very quiet. We loved walking along the shore in the mornings. The kitchen was well stocked. The warnings about not running certain appliances at the same time was helpful - it helped us avoid issues. The living room furniture was super comfortable and the dining table was great for sharing a meal (so was the outside table)!
Having just one bathroom for all those beds took coordination among the five of us - but was doable. Since all the bedrooms are on the basement level, it was a bit cumbersome for those who had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The floors are very loud when someone is walking upstairs and you're trying to sleep.
