Volantis - villa with ocean view and private pool in Benissa

The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom was superb. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved the pool and the 3 outside covered seating areas. The first floor balcony with dining and relaxation areas. .The property has two separate living areas, suitable for two families, both pretty much self contained with their own kitchen and bathroom. This was perfect for us because we took my son and partner with their two young children, they had the ground floor. Me, my wife, and our 23 year old daughter took the first floor which was bigger and better.than the ground floor. There was another bathroom as well as our ensuite which my daughter took as her own.The outside area is big with plenty of room for a couple of cars .The beach is a 5 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. I would also like to add that communication with the letting agent was very good, the responses to my emails were prompt and professional. This property had everything a family needs, we also liked the internal decor and style of the property. Yeah we loved this place.

I have really had to think about this. The pool tile grout could do with a deep clean. The pool water was crystal clear though. There were a couple of broken sun beds but there were so many it wasn't an issue for us. The Aircon in the kids room didn't work and neither did the downstairs TV. This was not an issue for us at all and we did not contact the letting agent regarding this until the end of our holiday. I have no doubt that if we had, they would have rectified. Disposing of the bin bags was a pain because I had to load about 8 bags into the car and drive them to the supermarket to dispose of. The following is not a criticism it's just a fact, the home is not new and as such comes with some age related issues like any home so don't expect perfection.
