Appartment was great space for 3 people, lounge area had full kitchen facilites which were great. Was clean and was overall a really nice place to stay

Nothing bad to note

Exceptionally clean and modern flat in a great location for the Crystal Palace event.

Lovely property, well presented with everything you’d need for a trip. Comfy bed and soft towels.

The floor protection mat presents a little bit of a trip hazard on the stairs but it’s understandable why it’s there, could maybe just be a bit more secure.

We stayed for 3 nights this June (my family of 3 adults & 1 toddler). The whole apartment was exceptionally clean and it felt like it had been kept in excellent condition, especially with regards to the carpet which was very soft underfoot. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom having both a handheld shower and overhead one was a nice luxury. Frequent buses are across the road or just a couple hundred feet away. There is a nice pub (the Alfred) on the corner of the main road for a quick drink before heading back to the place. A special thanks to the team who went out of their way to bring us an extra powerful fan on the day we arrived due to the unexpected heat wave. Fuethermore, I had left behind some Airpods that they kindly are returning to me via post. All in all we would stay here again the next time we are in London.

The entrance way is a little small for bringing in your bags and the door is quite heavy, but these are minor niggles that can't be changed, just things to bear in mind when entering the property.
