A spacious apartment in a wonderful location in Angers. Air conditioning! Once you are inside and the WiFi is working it is very good value. Main bedroom with walk in wardrobe and large sofa bed in the enclosable living room.
The keys are in a lock box by the apartment door. To get to them there is a trick on arrival, that we got past but is somewhat risky, so I understand why others might have a problem. The WiFi is not printed anywhere. We emailed host and got no response, all communication is automated. FYI WiFi password is via an Led menu on the front of the box. Shutters need physical pushing at times. Finally bed is too hard for us.

L’emplacement, les équipements et la climatisation
Vaisselle sale dans le lave vaisselle, un polo oublié dans le dressing, des capsules usagées dans le réservoir de la machine nespresso, les volets roulants cassés ( impossible à relever malgré explication) et le lit pour les enfants pas préparé ( draps trouvés non pliés dans le dressing)

La taille de l’appartement, l’équipement global de la cuisine et de la salle de bain, le salon avec la chaîne hi-fi. Le confort de la literie. Avec les chaleurs, il y a des clims réversibles, bien confortable.
Pas parfaitement propre mais c’était ok. Les volets pas tous fonctionnel et il ne restait qu’une fin de papier de toilette …
