2nd-floor Gulf front home with deck beach & Gulf views AC washer dryer & WiFi

Great location and very comfortable.

The property management needs to pay better attention to details. The towels were dirty and stained. The beautiful screened porch hadn’t been cleaned or swept up. The screens are ripped and pieces were laying all around the porch. . I was told there was no bbq pit but there was one however a previous guest had let the pit catch fire and left a big mess on the porch. The bbq tank was empty. We refilled it at our expense. There are directv remotes but the directv did not work. I asked for assistance about tv but no response. We did receive cleaner towels but they were still old but at least not as stained and they smelled fresh. The guests should not be asked to put laundry on upon departure. Only one package of detergent is provided. Many light bulbs were burned out.
