Good location. Great couches and beds. Comfortable mattress. Beautiful view and good-sized balcony. The kitchen is also 👍 and overall the apartment is spacious enough. The pool looked good but we didn't use it.
The walls need to be refreshed - you can easily see see marks on the walls in the living room and even in the bedroom near the beds. The front door needs to be painted, otherwise it doesn't look good. The old-style (aluminum) balcony doors and windows look unattractive. The blinds were broken in the second bedroom. The bathroom is small, and the ceiling needs to be painted (refreshed).

I loved that fact that the property was very quiet, very relaxing. The two pools made it easier to be able to swim. The beach access was great.

The location was great for where we needed. The two pools were great. Very short walk to the beach
The whole property is outdated. The floor was awful. It had not been mopped in who knows when. In the information pages in the condo stated to go to the beach and give them the room number to get the chairs. Well we were informed that the owners haven’t paid for this year. So we had no chairs for the beach.
