L emplacement est top , la vue est tres jolie , il est bien équipé pour cuisiner

L escalier pour monter a la mezzanine n est pas conseillé pour des enfants ni pour des ados aves des grands pieds , Les toilettes sont etroits , Il n y a aucun endroits pour mettre les velos en sécurité dans la residence il faut les monter au 3 eme etage On a pas accès a la piscine de la Coudalere ni les terrains de tennis.

If you want a budget friendly place to stay without air conditioning and washing machine during the most intense heatwave in a very long time, this is ideal. The ample south facing balcony, with dining table and refrigerator, roofed and windowed, is looking out on the waters of a lake that apparently connects with the ocean close by. The apartment is on the third floor, no elevator and a great opportunity to strengthen your legs a bit. This height enables the air to circulate with ease, helped by a couple of well used, noisy but effective fans. The so called second bedroom is on a loft accessed with a spiral staircase in the living room/kitchen. It’s a very small place but I enjoyed my week there. A four minute drive brings you to the wonderful ocean beaches. The host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dem kleinen aber feinen Apartment mit Blick aufs Wasser ! Da wir gerne selber kochen , haben wir besonders die Abendessen am offenen Fenster genossen. Den Strand/den Hafen erreicht man zu Fuß in knapp 30 Minuten , Ausflüge in die Umgebung können wir nur empfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar .

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!!! Wifi und 2 große Kaffeebecher wären toll.

Très bonne communication avec Nassim. Tout de suite en confiance. Appartement très bien situé avec un grand parking public à proximité et une supérette bien garnie ainsi qu'une boulangerie. Très calme. Très belle vue.
