L’appartamento è molto carino, il terrazzino è sicuramente una chicca e la gentilezza di Andrea è sicuramente stata apprezzata
Necessita di qualche piccolo intervento, i muri erano scritti con del pennarello e sarebbe da ridare una passata di bianco.
Purtroppo c’era molta polvere “vecchia” accumulata, ditate sugli specchi e vetro della doccia, tante ragnatele nei posti dove si vede un po’ meno tipo la lampada sopra le scale
Sarebbe veramente un’ottima soluzione se ci fosse qualche accortezza in più sulla pulizia che sicuramente è la cosa più importante
