É super bem localizado, super próximo do metrô, muito bem decorado e confortável. Além disso, a comunicação com Paiva Residence foi super rápida, solícita e muito educada.
Haviam pouquíssimas tomadas dispoiníveis. Somente ao lado da cama havia apenas um cabo USB para carga do celular, duas tomadas próximas da pia da cozinha e uma tomada próxima da pia do banheiro. Minha sorte é que sempre carrego uma extensão, se não teria que fazer um grande malabarismo. Outro ponto são os ganchos e apoios para toalhas no banheiro que estavam pouco parafusados. Além disso, o prédio não tem uma "portaria" em si, ninguém te recepcionando nem nada, presenciei não só comigo, mas outros hóspedes tendo dificuldade com a biometria no portão, minha sorte é que a comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e efetiva.
