About this apartment rental
"Oliva", 2-room apartment 51 m2 on 2nd floor. Object suitable for 4 adults. 1 room with 2 beds and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace 7 m2. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Unbeatable location. On the one hand we find the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia just 150 meters away. Kilometers of white sand bathed by the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea. On the other hand, there are bus stops a few meters away where buses depart in all directions, also to the airport. This is ideal for those who prefer a greener holiday and who don´t want to depend on a rental car. Also within 200 meters there are 2 big supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl) and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator in a quiet and bright building.
The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a great vacation. Separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. It has 3 air conditioning units, Wifi, Smart TV and satellite TV.
Finally you will find a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate.
