The Atlantiis Suites Nr Vishwanath Temple

No facilities to park car

Impressed by how well-maintained the staff is here! Special mention to Mr. Veeru, who went out of his way to guide us on local secrets and ensure we had a smooth trip.

Everything went fairly smoothly during my visit. Check-in was quick, the room was ready and clean, and the staff explained things clearly. I liked the simple and comfortable setup of the room. It felt like a practical choice for a short stay, with enough facilities to make the visit convenient.

Rooms : size and over all look and feel.

Service and management. We requested for early check-in as our train was reaching Varanasi at about 09:30AM which was approved by the property. But when we reached the property after 11AM we were told that the rooms are being prepared so we have to wait for 15 -20 minutes. But we were provided only 2 rooms till 12:10 out of 3 booked rooms. And I was asked to wait for 10 more minute for the 3rd room. After half an hour I was told that I can put my luggage in the room but it is being still prepared but when I checked the room it was smaller room as compared to my booked room, when I spoke to the receptionist he said my booking is for the same room. After a little argument and after I showed him my booking confirmation he said that I have to wait for more time for the room to get it prepared. Basically they have only 1 person to clean and ready all the rooms. Our booking included breakfast and I was told that breakfast timing is from 8AM to 10:30AM max. But breakfast was not ready till 09:10. We requested the property manager to arrange for the breakfast next day early as our train was at 09:10AM, and he assured us that he can provide only bread, butter ad tea till that time as his cook and his team stay in a distant place so cannot come early. But the next morning nothing was available for breakfast and we have to leave without breakfast. Despite being good property I am rating it low as it is poorly managed to save money, but at the cost of discomfort and displeasure of the customers.
