Villa Kirkpinar Sapanca

The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax during our stay. The cleaning survives were excellent. The setting and ambiance of the place is fantastic, all amenities provided each villa has a dedicated seating and barbecue area .

- the pool area isn’t the best but serves its purpose. - the barthrooms in the Villa could do with freshening up a littel . - the breakfast avilable to purchase is poor and wouldn’t recommend specially as there is soo many good places to eat in a walking distance from the Villa

The place was wonderful. Perfect atmosphere like in the forest- green lovely grass flowers and trees around you. The villas are full equipements - with air conditioner, kithen, clean, tidy and in good condition garden, pool and yard and relax places. It's located in communicative place near by the city center. Noise level is normal, quiet. There are spacious areas for relaxation(tables, chairs, swings, gazebos). The staff and the hostess are very kind and responsive.There is cafe named Kestane Alti . The lady asked us if we want coffee and breakfast.We have been there only for one night. It was not enough but perfect stay. We will come back again one day.

The villas need deep cleaning

Location, wide gardens and greenery. Fast check-in. Friendly and welcoming Staff. Eagerness and concern of the owners to attend to problems faced, though it was too late due to our short stay.

Cleanliness and housekeeping could be much better. Kitchen utensils are very poor. Not enough, and we could not find a single spoon. Lack of maintenance to attend for details. Most showers do not properly work due to lack of maintenance. One shower glass door was completely broken, so we could not use that bathroom to shower. One hose bib (Shattaf) was completely out of order. For the money paid, we expected a much better quality.
