London 1BR Flat Sleeps 5 Comfortably Pool Table Near Tube

The flat is in an excellent location, only 3 minutes walk from Cockfosters tube. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes a few minutes walk away. The flat itself is in a very secure, clean and new building, with key/fob access only. Inside the flat, it is a really good size, with a large lounge/dining area and very well equipped for short or even longer stays, with a dining table doubling up as a pool table if you want! There is a dishwasher, washer, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (all new) and lots of new cutlery.The bedroom was comfortable with an en suite bathroom, that had lots of shower gels etc kindly provided. There is a large TV in the main room and bedroom (though the one in the bedroom didn't work). The flats are past the first block also named as 116, and whilst I struggled to find the correct gate initially the owners were very quick to respond and support at the time - Tha nk you It's a lovely, new, well equipped flat in a super, location

A couple of tweaks would see it as a certain 10. The flat was very warm, and although there was a fan provided, this only circulates warm air of course. Leaving the windows open at night wasn't an option due to the noise of the Trainline behind the flat. Maybe an additional line in the directions regarding a 'second gate' at the bottom of the road, may ease initial finding. There was no loo roll on arrival (not always necessarily provided, I appreciate that) and only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. For the price paid, these 'tweaks' could be easily made
