Die Lage mit dem einzigartigen Blick über die Reben nach Mittelbergheim ist unübertroffen! Die Wohnung ist angenehm zugeschnitten, alle Installationen (inkl. Regendusche) laufen einwandfrei. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist modern und eher nüchtern, aber trotzdem mit Liebe ausgesucht. Die Lage im MFH aus den 50er/60er könnte ein Risiko sein. Aber die Nachbarschaft verhält sich wirklich sehr sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter hat mitgedacht und vor unserer Anreise mit den Rolläden für Schatten gesorgt. Also alles klar!
Ein zwei Bilder an der Wand wären vielleicht noch ganz schön. Aber das ist jetzt Kritik auf höchstem Niveau...
