The kitchen room was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can borrow umbrellas to go to the beach
Borrow an esky well .
Thoughtful long-term host.

Married couple of 26 years on a WA adventure. 4 days on the Cape.
We absolutely loved this place. Private room and shower with twin beds. Shared kitchen with outstanding facilities. I'd challenge anyone to say the facilities are lacking. Cooking ingredients, tea coffee, cutlery and utensils, you name it, it's there for you. We ate in on 2 of the 4 nights as we were really late, and everything worked fine.
Poor comms prior to arrival.
Upon arrival we were told the room had been cancelled, and there was no explanation. I had proof of payment, but I didn't need to produce it, we were put into an available room.
In 4 days never saw anyone in reception.
Sent a message ref check-out, but no reply. Left keys in box outside reception.
Laundry facilities required coins, which we didn't have, so didn't use.
None of the above spoilt the experience. I'd still recommend.

Like a Home away from home
Rooms and bathroom were small but were fine when you are out enjoying what Exmouth has to offer. The pool area and camp kitchen make up for a smaller room

Short (<10 mins) flat walk to the shopping centre. The sizeable community kitchen-dining room was really well laid out and exceptionally well stocked. Outdoor areas (including the pool) were framed by delightful tropical gardens. Several tables and chairs for eating at and some comfortable chairs around coffee tables for a pre or post meal sit/drink. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower.
The room is tiny. Think 1970s motel. Length is the bed plus a doorway and width is less than 2 bed widths. Toiletries are two small cakes of soap. Some genius has mounted the tv high on the wall parallel to the bed so it’s impossible to see from the bed, which is the only possible viewing point.
