Big confortable bed, trick curtains at the window. It is medium equiped. Really affordable.

Thin walls and noise issues. The building has cardboard-thin walls — you can hear neighbors talking clearly through them. It's also close enough to the boulevard that traffic noise comes through even with the windows closed, as the window quality isn't great. Unrepaired damage. One wall has plaster missing/crumbling near the bottom that was never fixed. It seems to have mold and this could cause serious issues for people with breathing difficulties. No mosquito net on the window. Stairwell in poor condition. The stairwell feels neglected, almost like a shipping container, and has an unpleasant smell — musty, like mold and stale, unaired space. Communication with the host started a bit difficult. He did not answer my question around the checkin hour until I did not ring him directly. After checking in and paying on Revolut as he required me, the host asked me to cancel the Booking.com reservation directly so they could avoid paying commission. I did not do this, as it would have removed my booking protection and my ability to leave this review. Just a heads-up for other guests.
