I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it. After staying in around 15 hotels and homestays across Bali and Lombok, this was one of my favorites.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, there was free drinking water, daily housekeeping, and the whole place had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Yuni, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I also booked the snorkeling tour through the hotel, which was excellent and much more affordable than many other options on the island.
My only suggestion is to improve the payment process. Right after booking, I received a message on both WhatsApp and Booking.com written in bold, CAPITAL LETTERS, with a very urgent and slightly threatening tone, saying I had to pay within one hour or my reservation would be cancelled. My first thought was that it was a scam. It wasn't, but the wording and the one-hour deadline felt unnecessarily stressful, especially for guests in different time zones. I was getting ready for work in my home country and simply couldn't stop everything to make the payment immediately.
A friendlier tone and a little more time to complete the payment would create a much better first impression.

L’hôtesse est exceptionnelle et charmante. La villa est à 20 minutes à pieds du port .
La chambre est climatisée et confortable. Super séjour ! Nous sommes ravis 🤩
