Waterfront Home with Kayaks Private Dock and Gulf Access Punta Gorda Isles

Did like the location of the property. Liked that it had Kayaks to use, if wanted. Mostly enjoyed the patio and deck area for evening sitting watching as the sunset. Also, like that it was close to some stores in are, gas stations Fisherman's Village also.

When entering the code to enter the home, took @ least 5-10 to unlock (Just an estimated time). We looked around the home and found a cockroach in 1 of the showers. I ended up having to get a couple plastic cups to trap it and throw it outside. I do have photos & Video of it. And we had an issue with the washing machine also; it would reach 3 minutes and would keep running & not stop. It wouldn't open. Had to reach out to the Owner, gave me steps to do which did not help. But finally, after about 45 minutes I did get it opened. Display kept flashing on machine. Ended up going to laundromat 2 times because we did not want the same thing to happen. Informed the Owner about it. Told him to have someone take a look after we check out.
