The Perch, a cute two-bedroom villa, is beautifully designed, very private, and perfectly located within the Druv Dakshin campus. The hill view from the top bedroom was the highlight—I ended up sleeping there just for that view.
The space is roomy and well-equipped, with a big 55-inch TV and a refrigerator in the living room, perfect for enjoying IPL matches in a relaxed way. The comfortable sofa, with a recliner-like stretch, made it even better.
Food was excellent, full of flavour and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated that the chef personally checked in on my preferences. Pool time was great, and they provide pool towels too. There are plenty of activities within the property. Morning walks to the tree hut were mesmerising, with lots of birds around. I even spotted a drey (nest) built by a Malabar giant squirrel near the walkway.
Overall, full marks for the ambience, staff, and the property. Hospitality was top-notch. Definitely coming back again.
