    Mixed stay here. The location is a real plus — right next to the SM mall, so food, shopping, and everything else you'd need is a short walk away. The staff were consistently helpful and genuinely kind, which goes a long way. The price per night was excellent for what you're getting location-wise. The room itself is where it fell apart. The shower had visible mold and the showerhead needs to be replaced — it wasn't a positve experiance. The aircon unit was moldy as well, which isn't something you want blowing air into the room all night. On top of that, the TV/cable box was essentially broken: it would run for about 10 minutes, then cut out and need to sit powered off for roughly 30 minutes before you'd get another 10 minutes out of it. Not worth trying to use. So: great location, great staff, great price — but the room needs real maintenance work before I'd call this a place I'd recommend without reservations. If they fix the mold issues and replace the TV/cable box, this jumps up a couple of stars easily. 3/5 stars.
