    This was our 3rd stay at Red Planet and unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Upon checking in, the first thing we noticed was a strong musty, moldy smell throughout the room. We were in a hurry, so we weren't able to take photos, but there were visible molds in several areas, especially on the bathroom ceiling and even in parts of the bedroom. Every time we returned to the room after going out, the moldy smell would become noticeable again. The bed sheets also seemed quite old and had a slightly dusty texture, which made the room feel less clean and comfortable. We requested a Lysol air freshener from the staff, and they were kind enough to provide one, which helped lessen the odor temporarily. However, it wasn't enough to completely eliminate the musty smell. The staff were accommodating, but I hope the management prioritizes deep cleaning, mold remediation, and replacing worn-out linens. Red Planet is known for providing clean and comfortable accommodations, so I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.
