The hostel is well located, about a 10-minute walk from the city center, and it is easy to get around from there. It is also close to the bus station, which was very convenient for departures. The room (Please note that this review is for the Deluxe Double Room - which is not the one I originally booked - I will explain in the next section) was spacious and had two beds . The bathroom had hot water and, most importantly, good water pressure in the shower, which I had really been missing during my trip, so it was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was courteous and friendly throughout my stay.

When I arrived, I was informed that the room I had originally booked, the Economy Single Room, was not available. I was transferred to the Deluxe Double Room for the same price instead. However, that room was not ready upon my arrival either, so I had to wait in the hallway for a little while. To be fair, my reservation had been made last minute, although I had received a confirmation saying everything was fine. The main negative point of this hostel is that guests are not given a key to the main entrance and must ring the bell to get in. At first, the system seemed acceptable, until a problem occurred on my second day. Early in the day, there were no staff members on site to manage reception or open the door. One guest who had gone out was repeatedly ringing the bell trying to get back inside. I answered the door, but I did not have a key to unlock it. In practice, the guest was stuck outside while we, the guests inside, were effectively stuck inside as well. Eventually, I realized it was possible to manually unclip the main doors, which allowed me to let the guest in. Later, I also had to do the same for other people who wanted to leave. I finally managed to contact a staff member through WhatsApp, and someone eventually came to the hostel. In my opinion, it is not reasonable for guests not to have access to the main entrance. In the event of an emergency, this situation could become a serious safety issue. I would also mention that the curtains in the room are not opaque, so quite a bit of light comes in during the morning.
