The female dormitory is on the opposite side from the boys, so there is no interference of any kind from them, which is a good thing. The curtains and bedsheets in the female dorm were clean. The AC and fan were also working properly.
Yes, the property mostly met expectations, but some improvements in washroom maintenance, ventilation, and room freshness are needed.
The washroom tap was leaking, and the handwash had run out. It would be better if it is refilled next time. There was also a slightly damp/stuffy smell in the dormitory, which could be improved. The plaster was coming off the wall on one side of the mirror, making the room look old. However, the condition of the bunk beds was good. The only thing missing in the washroom was an exhaust fan; otherwise, everything else was fine.
