Really nice modern home, everything you could need is provided. Beautiful garden and decor. The hosts were so fast at responding and helping when we needed it

The pillows were a bit flat however this really doesn’t effect my rating

Well finished comfortable and everything you sound need great shower comfortable bed

Maybe some milk sachets as everything else for hot drink or told need it Hate fact £400 deposit for a one night stay

The property was well presented, exactly as the photos show. The garden is also lovely and tidy. The location is also good. On a bus route and not far from the town centre, the street is a dead end and quiet.

I didn't like that I was hit with a request to pay a £400 refundable deposit which wasn't advertised prior to me paying my stay. After a back and forth it was agreed this would be waived. I've no issue with paying deposits, we always leave properties as good as they were when they were handed to us but this not being advertised prior was a bit of a turn off and quite frankly made me feel like I'd been decieved. When I arrived an irate man knocked on the door claiming to have booked the property, he was there 'to see the owner'. Luckily it was me at the property and not my partner on her own. He left as he realised he had been scammed (unknown as to who he booked with but made me uneasy). I called the out of hours number twice, the second time leaving a voicemail. No one got back to me at all, which didn't fill me with any confidence I'd get assistance if anything had happened. Overall the service was poor. I won't be booking with this provider again.
