Localisation parfaite L’accueil est humain compréhensif et disponible Très centrale et pourtant quartier calme Logement refait à neuf, très vaste et idéal pour 3 à 4 couples d’amis ou une grande famille Terrasses très sympathiques sans presque de vis à vis Petite piscine sur le toit disponible l’été apparemment Déco raffinée et minimaliste
Il reste des petits travaux d’aménagement car l’endroit a été très récemment refait à neuf mais de nombreux détails restants à achever L’isolation des fenêtres du premier étage côté rue est très mauvaise Le peu de bruits de la rue résonnent fortement dès 7h du matin et le soir tard L’entretien mérite d’être amélioré notamment au rdc sur l’ensemble des vitres Manque un four micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine
