Really good place. Spacious and clean. A big terrace which from you can see the airport runway. The host is very welcoming he let us a bottle of wine and the famous madeiran cake bolo de mel 😋 private parking. Near airport close to Funchal and perfect to vist the west of the island.. Beds are comfortable and large. Bathroom is spacious as well with a little window in it 👌
No shutters only curtains so if you like real dark during night you won't have it. Plane sounds if you let the window open. And wind!! (That's Machico) Hard to find on the gps (google maps) with the address written on booking it leads us in another street at the beginning but we found the place asking ppl around who recognized the house thanks to the pictures. The road is steep and narrow to go there but hey you're in Madeira! 🤣

Absolutely amazing terrace and ocean view, also the airport is very close and nice view for airplane fans as me :-) The apartment was large, clean, comfortable, had everything you need, the only thing missing is a dishwasher. Very pleasant owners, communicative, they provided everything you need. The terrace is really amazing, you can also grill, parking is no problem.
