Много места, большой телевизор, диван, все как на фото. На кухне есть некоторая посуда, в спальне большой шкаф и стол. Если выйти из дома, то можно долго гулять по набережной вдоль озера. В 10 минутах пешком есть большой торговый центр с одеждой, кафе и супермаркетом.

Самое ужасное, это вьетнамцы, которые ездят по дороге мимо дома и сигналят! Зачем? Слышимость очень сильная, ты будто сидишь на дороге. Еще в 7 утра нас разбудили песни и новости из громкоговорителя. Тоже не понятно, зачем это нужно Так как эта комната находится на 1 этаже, солнечный свет отсутствует. Также в ванной плохо работала вытяжка и был неприятный запах.

The building is new and the apartment itself was generally okay.

I DON’T RECOMMEND 👎 Communication and service were extremely poor. It was difficult to reach both the receptionist and the owner when I needed help. The owner was even worse. I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment and discovered there was no emergency contact inside the unit. You also need a code to exit the building, so I could not even get outside to find the contact information. When I eventually called, two of the four phone numbers provided were incorrect or not working. When I reached the owner using a neighbour’s phone, there was still no clear confirmation that anyone was coming to help. I eventually received the access code by SMS much later. The cleaners were also very lazy and difficult to deal with. Even though I was staying in a two-bedroom apartment, they asked if they could clean only one room. At checkout, I also needed help carrying my luggage downstairs because there is no elevator, despite the apartment being on the fourth floor. They initially refused to help, and only helped after I said I would not pay the late-checkout fee otherwise. There was also a leak in the apartment when it rained, which I have photos of. The address was another major problem. Grab drivers could not find the property using the listed address, so I had to use a completely different address provided by the host just to get food delivered. Basic requests were also handled very slowly. They were no cups in the unit so I asked for glass cups and it took a full day for them to arrive, while another requested item for making tea was never provided. Overall, the apartment itself was okay, but the poor communication, lack of emergency support, cleaning service, accessibility, leaking, and address problems made this a very frustrating stay. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.
