Chin Signature Villa Suite

The host is really helpful and it was a bit of an adjustment for us because we have an apartment in Hanoi and we moved there only to wait out a construction period. It was nice and secure building, and they were very patient with my queries and helped me with whatever I asked for help with. The 1-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor (and there is only one). There are coffee shops, restaurants bars nearby and also a convenient store to buy essentials like water and snacks.

There was only one issue but it wasn't within the hosts control but I want to list it because that was the one thing I didn't like. The noisy neighbor. The building next door has a neighbor who would play loud music and do karaoke at random times (like 6 am in the morning or at 8 pm at night). I was working online and had to cut my lesson short due to excessive noise. We can't do much about Vietnamese neighbors singing and thankfully it wasn't for very long but when it happened, it was really annoying to deal with. The host has mentioned that we can register to complain and sometimes the neighbor would quiet down because of a complaint and that helped.
