Good location for shopping.

If you wake up early, you won’t find any places open nearby for breakfast, which was quite inconvenient. The apartment does not look like the photos—it’s smaller and feels very different in reality. There is a smell of mold in the apartment, and there is no airflow. We were three guests, but the place was not properly prepared for the third person—she had to sleep one night without sheets. When we asked for clean sheets, it took a long time to receive them (day 2 in the night). Cleanliness was also an issue. We didn’t have hot water for the shower, and the landlord did not resolve the problem. She even asked me to handle it myself with the electrician instead of coming to fix it, which was very frustrating. There is a smell of mold in the apartment, and there is no airflow. The towels were not clean.
