The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler and dining table, sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin, and two family rooms - one with a king-size and single and one with a king-size and two singles, both with en-suite shower rooms, all serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a large, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, furniture, hot tub and barbecue and ample off-road parking. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and 2.5 miles a pub. Between Lincoln and Gainsborough, you'll find the picturesque village of Scampton. Gainsborough Old Hall and the Gainsborough Heritage Centre can be found in the nearby market town of Gainsborough, not far from the village. Additional sights and conveniences, including the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Westgate Water Tower, Arboretum park and gardens, and the historic Lincoln Castle and its surrounding walls, can be found in the nearby city of Lincoln.
