The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker, and a living/dining room with TV and woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine-style king-size bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed shared garden with lawn, patio, decking with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles you will find a shop and within 0.6 miles you will find a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tillingham View is a charming abode, ideal for a couples escape to Sussex. Please note; This property only accepts a minimum of 2 nights.
