One double with en-suite with basin and WC, plus a sofa bed bed in lounge. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Kirchen area has electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box). Lounge seating for 4 guests and selection of books and games. Smart TV with Netflix,Amazon Prime, iplayer etc, guests need own account and please log out before check out. WiFi, Electric central heating and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Enclosed front garden patio with bench. Enclosed side garden with gravelled area and bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, dog towels and treats available. If you cannot add pet at time of your booking please contact Sykes once you have made your booking to have your pet added. Private driveway parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Stokenham has been well-known for its fishing and farming and has recently become a very popular tourist destination for its beautiful beaches and charming buildings. It is a parish honing seven other settlements, Stokenham itself offers two good pubs including one thatched pub from the 14th century, as well as an ancient church and Manor House. The area of Devon is brimming with beautiful locations, some of the best within driving distance are Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Plymouth, all delightful destinations.
