The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washing machine and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV, selection of books and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private driveway for one car, which is quite tight. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 3.8 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. For a charming base in Devon, book Brewers Cottage. Note: The stairs are steep and not suitable for toddlers

Kings Nympton is a beautiful thatched village mid way between Exmoor and Dartmoor, and was voted Devon Village of the Year in 1999 by the Campaign for the Preservation of Rural England. Quintessentially English, the village is home to the award-winning thatched and beamed The Grove Inn, which serves excellent home-cooked food and a wonderful range of ale and cider all year round. With Exmoor and Dartmoor so close, there is great walking in the area, and within an hour's drive you can reach the coast at a number of lovely beaches.
