Underfloor heating throughout with a woodburning stove in the lounge - starter pack provided - additional can be bought locally. Rear garden with patio, furniture, and small Patio to the front. Parking for 3 cars on private pebbled driveway. EV charging point (VoltShare unit, please download the app before arriving and bring your charging lead). Onsite Farmshop and Team Rooms. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. A welcome hamper will be provided, along with discount card for the farm shop. Note: This property overlooks farmland. Note: This property does not accept children (including babes in arms). Note: This property can only accept Friday/Monday arrivals/departures
The Neighborhood:
Located on the edge of the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, between Matlock and Chesterfield, is the tiny village of Stone Edge. Despite being well-known for its industrial past, the hamlet now draws a wide variety of tourists, especially those who enjoy the outdoors, thanks to its many walking paths and rural attractions, such as the old Stone Edge Cupola. Traditional pub fare is available for dining at the Peak Edge Hotel, and the neighbourhood farm shop sells necessities. You may find more attractions at Matlock, the county town of Derbyshire, which is also close to a variety of woodlands and hiking trails around the National Park. Matlock is also home to the Lumsdale Waterfall and Tinker's Shaft viewpoint.
