Never had to communicate with the host, check-in and check-out instructions were clearly understandable and electronically sent. Home was clean and contained everything we needed. Second bedroom was actually a pull out couch, not a bed per se. home is centrally located in an older neighborhood and they provided some light workout equipment, which was a nice touch. Looks like the neighborhood is being slowly gentrified. Would stay again.
