The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower, a king, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. Lavender House is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: There are steps in the rear garden. The little Cornish settlement Crantock is near to the well-known resort of Newquay and is only a short stroll from the beach. The Marine Life Centre, Newquay Zoo, adjacent Dairyland, and the Eden Project are just a few of the attractions in and around Newquay that make it a visitor's dream.
