Y Beudy consists of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a TV, and seating for eight people, and a communal game room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor double, a double, and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower-over, washer/dryer and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture and designated parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Within 3.6 miles you will find a shop, within 2.1 a pub and within 0.1 miles a river. Enjoy the beauty Sir Gaerfyrddin has to offer in Y Beudy. The owner works with an external company for hot tub hire. The Neighborhood:

A small market town straddling the River Teifi, Llanybydder is a typical old Welsh town with a small selection of shops, including a Post Office, bakers and farmers co-operative, and a few pubs and eating places scattered throughout its streets. It is the focal point for the surrounding farmers, and regularly holds horse sales. The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. Set on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Llanybydder is perfectly positioned to travel to the county town of Carmarthen with its busy shopping centre, with small individual quirky shops and the well-known high street stores, Merlin's Hill Centre and even a steam railway. The superb coastline of both south and west Wales is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world renowned Welsh coastal path. An excellent central location to enjoy the south west of Wales.
