Other local activities include Birdwatching, fishing, theatre, historic sites, parks, cycling, UNESCO World Heritage site, & gardens. Northern Ireland is packed with places worth visiting. Ballymena offers amenities as well as a golf course, park and a museum. Belfast is within driving distance, a city with incredible buildings and lots to do. The Giant's Causeway sits 32 miles away and is well worth the drive as a world-famous attraction.

If you are looking to escape the noise of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity of a lovely, well-appointed Irish cottage then Rosslare Cottage is the perfect getaway. You will need a car so that you can take day trips around Northern Ireland to visit all the sights. You are about half an hours drive to the ocean.
