The Alte Wassermühle Nord is situated in a quiet, somewhat secluded spot near Börm and offers you your own half of the house, measuring about 107 m²—ideal for relaxing days in a rural setting.
Built in 1833, this historic building stands on a large, enclosed lot and combines its original character with modern, comfortable amenities.
Here, you’ll have plenty of space for up to six guests. A total of three bedrooms are available—featuring large double beds and two single beds. A special feature: The bedroom on the first floor also serves as the connecting room to the second half of the house. If you’re only using the north side, it functions as a full-fledged bedroom with two single beds—practical and well-integrated.
The living area is spacious and invites you to spend time together. The living room, dining area, and open kitchen flow seamlessly into one another—perfect for long breakfasts, cooking together, or relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook for several people without missing a thing.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure that everything stays relaxed even when the apartment is fully occupied. A washer and dryer are also available—convenient, especially for longer stays.
There are plenty of opportunities for spending time together or staying active. A game room, pool table, foosball table, and ping-pong table provide variety, and there’s also a small fitness area. Wi-Fi is fast enough for streaming or working when needed.
