Ideally located in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes between the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif, offering hiking in all seasons and ski slopes in winter. The house is 2 minutes from the shopping center, the municipal swimming pool, the lake and the playgrounds for children.
Laid out on a first floor and 2 floors, with garden, very spacious, everyone can find a place to rest. A basement can accommodate, trailer, bicycles, motorcycles
The accommodation
this former canvas merchant's house is arranged as follows;

first floor: large entrance hallway, fully fitted kitchen open to dining room with bar, independent living room with TV, toilet/WC, balcony overlooking garden.

1st floor: large corridor leading to 3 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe or dresser, bathroom with large walk-in shower, balcony at the end of the corridor overlooking the garden

2nd floor: attic completely fitted over the entire surface of the house with 2 double beds (separate alcove for each bed by curtains), 1 sofa bed for 2 people, dresser, and 2 bunk beds for children (under 6 years old) with play area for children
a toilet/WC between the two floors

Basement: access to the basement is possible by an internal service staircase and also from the outside, it includes an open linen area with washing machine and dryer, a parking space for a trailer, or several bicycles or 4 motorcycles (access by gate on the road and locked garage door)

Free parking is available in front of the house

Access to the garden is possible in respect of the fruit trees, barbecue is possible (a barbecue is available in the basement as well as a table and benches

Guest access
All parts of the accommodation are usable apart from the private cupboards, the boiler room and the outbuildings which will be locked.
However, this place is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed

Other remarks
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, a certain number of written instructions or notices will be made available to you in the accommodation (household appliance notices, safety instructions, etc.) as well as a welcome booklet.
Special provisions concerning the turning on of the heating, the provision of sheets and beds) will be managed by the Murat concierge service

In order to ensure impeccable hygiene and cleanliness of the accommodation for the well-being of successive travellers, the cleaning of the bedding and the cleaning of the apartment will be carried out by us, the cost of this service will be included in the price of the stay
