Vacation in this stunning contemporary beach house, directly on the beach in East Sandwich. Your private boardwalk takes you right to the private beach with more than 200 feet of Bay frontage, adjacent to popular Scorton Neck Beach to the west. Better yet, you'll enjoy privacy here, as the 1.72-acre lot provides good separation from neighboring properties.
At this home you are close to Route 6A, so you're very close to a variety of excellent restaurants. Amari Bar & Ristorante is only a two-minute drive or six-minute bike ride. The tempting Café Riverview is just a five-minute drive or nine minutes on your bike.
The 3,800-square-foot house, built in 1982, was tastefully renovated in the late '90s. This “upside-down” floor plan takes advantage of the superb water views from the primary living spaces. The home has three levels. You enter on the first level and find four bedrooms, three kings and a queen. There are two full baths and the laundry here as well.
Walk up one level to the home's second level and main living space, including the open-concept kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The large, fully outfitted chef's kitchen has custom cabinets and granite counters. It features a large peninsula with highboy seating for two, plus a butcher-block island for added prep space. There are two dishwashers and two ovens. The dining area is spacious and offers water views, but you may elect to dine al fresco on the deck. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy!
The third level is entirely the master suite, with a king-size bed, lounge area, and two full baths. There's even a workstation for anyone in your group who needs to work remotely while here. There's also a small private deck here, and of course, from this elevated vantage point, the bay views are even more spectacular.
The home is equipped with central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV.

Our 3 generation family of six adults and three children, ages 8, 6 & 4 thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and well equipped beach house. The location was quite private with miles of beach to walk, build sand castles and bonfires, all very special. The bay was very calm most days, although a bit “pebbly”, so wear water shoes! As the hosts, we enjoyed the huge top level 2 room suite with a second full bath and balcony, a real treat. The furniture (inside and out) was both comfortable and functional for our group. Lastly, the kitchen was very well equipped for morning meals either in the dining room or large labor on the deck. Overall a great experience.

Vacation. House is very well maintained and very clean. Property managers are vwry responsive and check in process was so easy. Beautiful house with plenty of space and great views of the water. Beach is a Rocky but waves were calm. Perfect location for a family vacation. We will

House was nicer than the photos, which is rare. Interior decoration is beautiful and stylish throughout. Layout is nice: 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, then a second floor with an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens directly out to porch and the path to beach, and a top floor with a large sitting room and a great master bedroom. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Had a few minor plumbing issues—one toilet overflowed; a small leak in kitchen ceiling; and a shower knob that broke—but property managers were quick to respond. Location is directly on the beach with fantastic views. Great house for a family of 5 like ours, and space for more than that. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend!
